Candy Blast Mania is a match 3 puzzle game where the user can match and collect candies in this delightfully delectable adventure. I was responsible for creating several seasonal features and Live-ops projects and design horizontal mode for Candy Blast Mania. Adding horizontal mode in match 3 game was challenging UX project for me. 

 

 
 
 

 

candy blast mania : starter packs

This is a promotion feature for the new user and the existing users. Starter packs main dialog pop up when the user clicks the HUD icon or finish the gameplay or use all the energy items. The user can buy bundle pack with a special price within the sudden amount of time. 

I was responsible for

  • Creating the UI mockups

  • Creating variation design for energy icon

  • Designing the starter pack concept and style

  • Helping UI Engineers to develop UI in Xcode

CANDY BLAST MANIA : Horizontal version

I was responsible for new horizontal design for Candy Blast Mania. After the research in the product team, we decided to update the game with a horizontal mode. I designed the variation of UX design for the main game screens (recipe and boss mode).
